- Represented Jacksonville School for Autism in their search an acquisition for new school campus acquiring 45,000 SF 2 building facility at Gramercy Woods office Park for $3,500,000.
- Represented Seller in sale of full city block in downtown Jacksonville that included 29,000 SF building proposed for repurposing into microbrewery.
- Represented Florida Family Insurance in site selection for relocation of office headquarters with lease consideration of $4,500,000.
- Representation of Benez Associates in sale of $12,000,000, 463+- industrial acre site at the SWQ of Pecan Park Road and I-95 near the Jacksonville International Airport.
- Represented Taco Lu in site selection and acquisition of former Homestead Restaurant with $1,750,000 of consideration.
- Representation of NW8th St. Corp and related private individuals with San Marco portfolio totaling over $15,000,000. Recently assisted with negotiation and acquisition of two additional properties in the San Marco area with total consideration of over $2.5mm.
- Representing Owner in sale of multi-building medical/office portfolio in San Marco with value of approximately $3.2 mm.
- Represented Owner in sale of San Marco site to MD Anderson Cancer Center.
- Represented multiple professional office Buyers/users in selection and purchase of office buildings.
- Represented Crop Creative Media in selection and negotiation of San Marco office build to suit which consisted of an adaptive reuse to an existing building.
- Represented Seller in sale of former service station site in Avondale/Riverside area of Jacksonville that was converted to Mellow Mushroom Restaurant.
- Represented Jacksonville Downtown Development in the Springfield area. Transactions include acquisition, leasing and marketing of 3 commercial properties with total consideration and value of over $3mm.
- Represented Advantis Corp. in leasing of 120,000 SF warehouse facility for production headquarters with total consideration of over $2.5MM.
- As Director of Real Estate for Shell Oil Partner, First Coast Energy, managed divestment of second generation redevelopment sites with consideration in excess of $25mm.
- Managed negotiation and acquisition of new development sites for First Coast Energy, Motiva and Shell Oil with total consideration of over $20MM including multi-parcel assemblages.
- Represented Imagine Orthodontics in the site selection, negotiation and leasing of 17 in-line retail and office sites throughout Florida.
- Parry Paddock and Don C. Baker Real Estate in leasing and $750,000 sale of mutli-tenant industrial facility at 4250 Highway Avenue. Transaction included negotiation of renewal and expansion with Fastenal Corp. and sale of facility to Lynn Armstrong Floors, Inc.
- Represented Patterson Restaurant Equipment in leasing of 20,000 SF of Industrial space along Edison Avenue to Chemical Resources, Inc.
- Represented HCA in the site selection 40,000 SF Jacksonville Warehouse Distribution facility with total consideration of over $1.2MM.
